Instructable for a Cross Knot Paracord Lanyard

I made an 'instructable', since I hadn't done one in a while, for tying this lanyard, and also added a video slideshow with the photos on YouTube.

Nicely done SD! The instructions look very clear and detailed. I'm going to sit down after dinner and give this a try!

Love your knots. Inspired me to pick up a bunch of paracord and smaller stuff. Where do you get those small steel cables?

@kaleb, The cable key ring came from ebay, but County Comm also carries them, link in links list.

instructables suck balls. taking your hard work and in return asking you to pay a premium just to watch other usesrs made content without jumping hoops. your blogger is just fine for tutorials, actually yours specifically is just awesome, keep up the good work

This is a cool project. I don't like the instructable though. I tried to save lots of projects to do while underway, but can't save all the pictures from this one because it wants me to become a premium member. Other than that this is awesome.

I am with a few of the other posters here in that Instructables used to be a great site, and I guess it still is, but the pay model they are using blows. It would awesome if you just posted the info on your blog as well. but then the folks at Instructables might get a little miffed at youfor taking $ out of their pockets for your work...

I just used the cross knot to make a zipper pull! I really like the way it turned out. You can see it here.
I prefer it over the cobra knot I was using earlier.

Let me know what you think :)
