It can be done with the lanyard knot in a single pass but is easier to hide with a doubled knot... ;)Stormdranehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04291715625908183030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17884734.post-82132735278333746052013-09-09T17:13:21.566-04:002013-09-09T17:13:21.566-04:00Howdy Stormdrane,On the double coin how did you st...Howdy Stormdrane,On the double coin how did you start and finish?I,am guessing you hide your loose ends in a diamond knot.Always love going back to your beginning to see how far you have come.Wonder how miles of cordage you have gone threw? If you ever run out of room to put any of your projects I would be willing to help you out.LOL Thanks as always Scot
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11494850390011025253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17884734.post-74076045458832200602009-06-06T02:45:44.608-04:002009-06-06T02:45:44.608-04:00I haven't done any other paracord guitar strap...I haven't done any other paracord guitar straps since the one I made in 2006. It's a labor intensive kind of project and not easily adjustable as it was made.

A couple of years ago, I remember coming across a web site that made woven paracord guitar straps, but I've not been able to find it again. A variation of the pattern I used can be seen on this foreign website, that a blog reader sent me the link to, and has been used in macrame since at least the 1800's. I just scavenged the guitar attachment pieces off another guitar strap.Stormdranehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04291715625908183030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17884734.post-55081332075903593332009-06-06T01:45:40.493-04:002009-06-06T01:45:40.493-04:00Hey Stormdrane! You've got quite an impressive array of uses for the paracord and I was especially interested in one of your works that I found while stumbling around. I couldn't manage to find any sort of "merchandise" section in your blog but wanted to know if you thought it possible to recreate another one of your paracord guitar straps for me? I realize that the latest comment prior to this was in December of last year but if you still get to check this, any info would be appreciated!Patricknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17884734.post-68501779674218901522008-12-04T21:02:00.000-05:002008-12-04T21:02:00.000-05:00Thanks for the link.
