  11. Merry Christmas. Have been inspired by your work to do some on my own and even traded some of my bracelets/lanyards for a ESEE Izula knife. Thought you might like this knotted sheath drop I just saw http://www.bushcraftusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21253

  12. I love seeing the project you make. Id like to
Find out if you know of on line tutorials . I have searched
But usually get junk and not what I'm looking for.

  13. Would you be willing to sell this? If so how much?

  14. That lanyard was given to a family member at Christmas. I rarely sell my knot work online, to keep from getting burned out on my hobby from all the frequent requests.

I suggest folks get some cord and give knot tying a try themselves.

Previous blog posts link to the 2 bight and 4 bight turks head knot used with this project, and although the turks head knots can be a bit advanced with knot tying, working up to them is well worth the effort.YMMV

  15. Great blog, love your work.

Can you recommend where to buy nylon cord like what you have used here?

    Thanks,

    Steve

  16. @steve, The nylon cord came from 'mowfugger' on ebay, and it's also available from fixmyblinds.com. Both are in my blog's links list.

Hi SD, excellent work, one question, tried tying the 16l3b turks head, and it went fine, i made some of them already, but i cant get to make them longer, how do you get from that one to the longer ones like this one and the lanyard you made before, thanx

  19. @Jose, For the longer turks head knots, I tie the 2 bight turks head knots, which then can be increased/raised to a 4 bight turks head. The tutorial on KHWW.net is good to follow for learning those.

The 3 bight knot can be increased, but I don't do those any larger than what I've shown. You may find more info on increasing those on the KHWW.net or IGKT.net forums.
