A simple single strand paracord lanyard tied with a couple of knots: the Spanish Bowline (ABoK # 1087) and The Perfection Loop (ABoK # 1017 ~ The Angler's Loop) I used a half hitch to tie off the short end strand after the bowline.Lanyard shown with an EDC keychain setup. The larger loop end could fit on a belt, or be ring hitched to a belt loop or on molle webbing, a carabiner, snap hook, etc...
